Program Overview:
We have created a
step by step program that teaches you how to stop the diet binge cycle and lose
the weight naturally and permanently. Nutritional counseling, behavior
modification, and hypnotherapy will show you how to move past your negative
preoccupation with eating and weight loss and move towards a more rewarding and
satisfying life. Enjoy eating the foods you love, without gaining weight or
feeling guilty. and living life free of the diet binge cycle.
Option 1: Our in Office One on One Process:
You will be working one on one in our office with your
personal Transformations Certified Counselor. All of our counselors are
Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Nutritional Counselors as well as have
worked through and overcome their own issues with out of control eating and have
ended the diet binge cycle. Our nutritional counselors will guide you through
the eight session process as you learn how to stop the self sabotage, internal
struggle, and heal your relationship with food.
Each
individual session is confidential, discreet, and approximately one hour and
thirty minutes in length. These sessions include personal hypnosis, learning how
to approach food in a manner that will set you up for life long success; a
permanent approach to out of control eating so you can lose weight naturally and
permanently end the diet binge cycle, as well as working through your personal
issues that are causing your unhealthy relationship with food, and life style
approach.
Option 2:
CD Program and Workbook Guided by Individual Phone Counseling Appointments After
Each Session:
This
8-session course includes 9 CDs, written material and a vinyl binder. Each
session consists of 1 hour of instruction that you will listen to on CD as you
follow along with your workbook. You will then work with your personal
Transformations counselor via telephone. At the end of each session there are
tools that you will be focusing on for the next week or two.
Lastly, you will listen to the deep relaxation and hypnosis track
on your hypnosis CD for that week. The hypnosis is very specific to the lesson
and will help to anchor in the new behaviors you will be focusing on. The
relaxation and hypnosis takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Typically we will do one session every 7 to 14 days. It is not a
race to finish the material. Take your time to truly allow each phase of the
material to be completely absorbed so you can end the diet binge cycle for good.
